An open mind…

could change so many lives, for good.

Unqualified perceptions continue to stifle education, growth and opportunity. To treat people as we’d want ourselves to be treated is one of the basic principles of life. This is our duty and must NOT be confused as charity.

Are we being deliberately pre-programmed for failure?

Most people who fail in their dreams will not fail from the lack of ability, but from the lack of opportunity to succeed. And, low esteem and the lack of confidence nurtured within and throughout our social and education system usually seals their fate.

So, are these the faces of a new Apartheid movement currently in operation inside Britain’s classrooms?

A recent unofficial study carried out by Modern Diversity suggested that there is a concerted and deliberate effort to segregate students into ethnic social groups.

We believe that these were the original faces who were not only responsible for the guidelines but resided over its implementation.

Could this be state sponsored racism?

Modern Diversity was unofficially alerted to a shocking claim of a deliberate and coordinated directive within Britain’s schools to segregate students by corralling them into ethnic social groups.

We spoke in confidence to several horrified headteachers, deputy heads and teaching staff in order to gauge the extent of this shockingly abhorrent practice, which we’re told came direct from Westminster.

How is this possible in a modern society?

Over the past 24 months within an informal setting we covertly carried out discussions relating to the claims of classroom apartheid.

Our sources and identities will never be revealed, to not only protect the schools and teachers, but also to see if these heinous claims really existed in 21st century Britain.

Who would have imagined this dreadful scandal would still be played out in 21st century modern Britain.

One quite visibly distraught deputy head revealed to us the many layers of bureaucracy they would have to endure in order to protest against these measures.

She went on to state, “as a maturing woman I’d definitely fear for my job and significant reputational damage if I dared to question them. It’s so male dominated and as a woman I’ve witnessed it on many occasions they don’t respect our opinions and I know 100% they just won’t listen”.

Other disillusioned teachers said, “I absolutely hate it, but love my job. So, what can I do?” “It feels so much like they’re more interested in silly points scoring than producing well rounded, empathetically educated young people”. “It’s scary how out of touch these men are and what they’re doing can’t be right… surely… can it?”

“Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world.” – Nelson Mandela

Yet, could we be witnessing a criminal act against humanity, and abuse of powers played out in our schools orchestrated by the British Government?

Is this once again a blatant form of structured racism?

Being connected to others is good for our mental wellbeing. Where segregation can only create fear and disillusion.

The consequences of segregation will undoubtedly lead to the continued deterioration of our human values and society as a whole.

So, what will our legacy be?
And what will they think of us?

It’s incredible to comprehend, but it seems that institutional racism comes direct from the very top.

And so, the fight against an overwhelming tide of relentless bigotry, inequality and injustice fostered in our classrooms in modern 21st century Britain, continues.
